As per the Team Explorer log:
Oct 20, 2017 Im getting an error 1722 (Windows Installer package error) at the end of the Microsoft WSE 3.0 Runtime installation. Hi DarkLight97, Error 1722 is a general error associated with the Windows Installer. Method 1: Check if the Installer Service is running. To do so, follow these steps.
Windows Installer is a built-in component of Windows that is used to install, remove and maintaining software on a computer system. When your Windows Installer is faulty, you will not be able to install software which gets really frustrating. A system is no good if one is not able to install new. Missing dependent System Files like dll files, ocx files, sys files etc. Invalid Registry Entries that are conflicting with Installer. Antivirus removes malicious files recently but left damages as well.
